Bag Swap

The only thing I've been sewing lately is a bag for the Bag swap arranged by Barbara. I don't wanna post a picture of it yet, but you can get a peek preview....

It was not difficult to find a bag pattern to use for the bag swap, the issue was to decide wich one I wanted to do. I thougt of something knitted or felted or something with art on it or just a nice quilted bag. So my secret bag swap-reciever will not know in which technique the bag is made....

I shall fill the bag with some goodies before I mail it on Tuesday.


I want to show you a small purse I made last fall. I found the closing-device at Rikstäckets annualy meeting. There was a woman teaching how to make different bags, Japaneese style. When I got home I was so exited to try the pattern for the clasp I bought. Here you can see the result. I used my tulip-fabric with some gold hints on it.
